Online bookings are possible with at least 24 hours' notice. The schedule shows the next available day and open times for each room — for spontaneous same-day slots it's best to call us. You'll find all open slots on the booking page.

The actual playing time is 60 minutes. With the welcome, briefing and debrief, plan for around 1.5 hours in total. It's best to arrive about 10 minutes before the start so everything can begin calmly. You'll find how to reach us on the directions page.

Yes, as long as you stay within the permitted group size of the booked room. You pay on site for the people actually taking part. You'll find the possible group sizes per room and all prices on the prices page.

Yes. Up to 48 hours before your appointment you can cancel free of charge or reschedule via the personal link in your booking confirmation. After that, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. If you have questions, you can reach us via the contact page.

The price depends on the group size: from €35 per person (3 players) down to €25 per person (8–9 players). The larger the group, the cheaper it gets per head. The full price scale and all details are on the prices page.

Yes. For minors, a reduced price of €22 per person applies from five participants. For children's birthdays we also offer adapted kids' versions with invitation cards and victory certificates — more on the page Children's birthdays.

On site we accept card payment only (no cash). Companies and clubs can pay by invoice: on site you fill in a short form where we record all relevant billing details — you then receive the invoice as a PDF. On request we can prepare a quote in advance; simply get in touch via our contact form.

Of course. Enter your voucher code when booking — the amount is deducted directly, and any remaining balance is kept for your next visit. You can buy vouchers or check the balance on the page VouchersFAQ.

Depending on the room, 3 to 9 people are possible. For larger groups we combine several rooms with a shared start time — up to 42 people at once. You'll find all the details at Large groups, the capacity per room on the prices page.

Yes. All five rooms — briefing, puzzles and hints — can be played entirely in German or English. Ideal for international teams and guests too. An overview of all rooms: Missions.

No. The two Nora rooms (In Search of Nora and Nora – Between Life and Death) have a dark, at times eerie story, but in play they feel more mysterious and thrilling than classic horror. If you prefer something lighter, Circus Mortale or The Alchemist's Gold are a great fit.

No problem: our game master keeps an eye on you via camera and audio and gives the right tip when needed — so the tension stays and you still make progress. You decide how many hints you'd like.

Two missions — Circus Mortale and The Scourge of Mankind — are available in adapted kids' versions from about age 10. Which rooms and occasions suit which group is shown under Who for?
